  2. If you need any support regarding web design, development, web marketing we will respond within 24 hours once you submit a support ticket.
  3. We only provide support for our own service that we provide to you. We do not provide support for any kind of third-party services.


All payments need to pay first before activating your service.

  1. We do not provide service on your unpaid payment.
  2. You have to add fund before your services expired. We do not continue our service after cross the expiry date.
  3. We do not have any responsibility after expired on our services. It can be terminated anytime without any notice.
  4. If your services are terminated, we do not store your data and we do not recover your lost data.

Cancellations and Refunds
